Axial Tape-AXT

Fibertech axial tape is manufactured by weaving high quality direct roving as weft insertion in state-of-the-art weaving looms. The warp is stabilized with high strength polyester yarn. The direct roving input is coated with a multi-compatible sizing to provide excellent compatibility with a wide range of resins. These axial tapes provide excellent strength properties in the axial direction for filament wound pipes and pultruded products.

Application of axial tapes include as reinforcement for pipes (polyester / epoxy), made by filament winding process and pultruded sections made by the pultrusion process.

PACKAGING & STORAGE CONDITIONS: Sleeve carton packing, rolls placed vertically in two / four layers, each layer separated by cardboard tray. Pallet is stretch wrap protected. Rolls should be stored in a cool & dry place with temperature not exceeding 35 ⁰C and Relative Humidity 70%.
